Ruuun

Your kilos in kilometres

You set your weight goal. Ruuun converts it into kilometres to cover, and a little machine burns your reserve with every workout recorded in Apple Health.

Ruuun home screen: a little machine whose graduated coil and counter show 582 km left

What Ruuun does

  • One machine, one number

A graduated coil holds what you have left to burn, a counter shows it in kilometres. With every workout the machine fires up and the coil empties.

  • Nothing to type

Your workouts are read from Apple Health: running and walking, but also cycling, swimming or strength training, converted into equivalent kilometres.

  • An arrival date

From your pace over the last few weeks, Ruuun estimates when the coil will be empty.

  • 100% on your iPhone

No account, no server, no ads. Ruuun reads Apple Health and sends nothing.

Good to know

The machine measures the effort you put in, not the weight actually lost: food is not taken into account. The equivalences rely on common approximations (1 kg of fat ≈ 7,700 kcal). Ruuun is not a medical device; ask a health professional before starting a weight-loss plan.
